Hello, I’m Shane Martin, the founder of Refresh. You might know me from Green Mann Spring, the award-winning Manx spring water business. I kept being asked by customers if I could sort them out with great coffee as well as great water. So in 2016 Refresh was born.
I set out with a simple plan: to save businesses money while supplying world-beating coffee. Turns out it’s a good plan. Our customers love our smart machines, our fantastic beans and our hands-down unbeatable value for money. And there’s also our super-responsive service. When you become one of our customers, you’ll feel as though you’re our only customer.

With these super-smart, brilliantly simple machines, all you do is add the beans. The machine does the rest: grinds the coffee, heats the water and dispenses liquid magic at the touch of a button. We have a full range to choose from, depending on the size and type of your business.

Let’s face it, the Italians know their coffee. That’s why we offer the legendary Lavazza as standard. We can also source the beans of your choice at the best value, from organic to direct trade. And we supply all the extra bits: milk, sugar and environmentally friendly cups and stirrers.

Like everyone else, we offer a range of service and maintenance packages. Unlike everyone else, we give every single customer truly personalised support. Whatever you need, whatever the issue, whatever time of day, we’re there for you with our super-responsive service – no matter what.
